A contemporary Indigenous live stage performance weaving circus, memory,

Ayana et le Murmure des Ancêtres was selected for
Mon Premier RIDEAU, a prestigious professional development program presented by En Piste.

Mon Premier RIDEAU is designed to support emerging circus artists from Québec in preparing for their first participation at the RIDEAU Marketplace — the province’s most important performing arts market, where producers, presenters, platforms, and networks come together to discover and engage with new work.

The support of the Caisse de la Culture Desjardins reflects a commitment to nurturing creative innovation and helping artists develop the presentation and touring potential of their projects.
A one-of-a-kind circus apparatus
A research-driven project at the crossroads of acrobatic movement, sculpture, and scenographic innovation.

Panache Acrobatique ''Acrobatic Antler'' is a project in development exploring the meeting point between acrobatic movement, sculpture, and scenographic innovation.
At once a symbolic structure and a performance apparatus, the Panache draws inspiration from the strength and grace of the deer — a powerful figure in Wendat and Indigenous cosmology.

Currently in research and prototyping, the project investigates how a large-scale kinetic structure can move in dialogue with the performer’s body, transforming physical effort into a visual and emotional experience.

The Interactive Light Veil is an evolving installation in which light becomes a poetic language.

Developed through research and development, the project explores how technology can respond to human presence, transforming gestures into luminous movement. Designed as a modular and adaptable system, the Veil can be integrated into a wide range of contexts, from intimate spaces to outdoor environments, creating immersive experiences shaped by territory, community, or event.

Selected for Composite #44 and presented as part of this digital arts showcase organized by Présence Autochtone, Gentilhomme, and MAPP_MTL, the project is part of an innovative approach that connects light, movement, and creative technologies, while weaving bridges between Indigenous knowledge and contemporary creation.
